Built On Love, Service & Hustle
Gordon Temple Logistics LLC EST 2026 was built by Kevin Temple and Shatima Gordon — a couple building a business and a future together.
Kevin Temple spent years working hard for someone else, ready to bet on himself and become his own boss. Shatima Gordon, a U.S. Military veteran with a logistics background and chef-owner of D@ Crib, was eager to help him get there.
Their main worlds look different — Kevin brings comedy and the ability to make a whole dock laugh, Shatima brings the kitchen and the ability to make people feel at home — but logistics is what they could build together.
So they did. Together.
Kevin Temple and Shatima Gordon co-created Gordon Temple Logistics from a kitchen table with no investors, just faith, a plan, and a 26ft box truck. Kevin Temple is Co-Owner & Lead Driver, Head of Fleet & Road Operations — he leads driving, deliveries, and everything that moves on the road. Shatima Gordon is Co-Owner, Head of Back Office Operations — Dispatch & Human Resources — she leads dispatch, HR, customer communication, compliance, and the systems that keep the truck moving. She calls. He hauls.
If you spent a day on their dispatch line, you'd swear they need their own show. Kevin is always threatening to take Shy on a run to show her the hard work, while Shy keeps him on schedule over the radio. That's their dynamic — she calls, he hauls, they both laugh through it. That's how they stay in sync.
They are also proudly Black-owned, and they don't take that lightly. Underrated is fuel. They built this to show that a Black-owned, veteran-led, family-operated carrier can do good business — on time, professional, and with unmatched pride. Their diversity isn't just in business — it's in them. Military precision, chef's touch, comedian's hustle, and family first.
Gordon Temple Logistics isn't just two last names on a truck door. It's a couple who decided to own their time, own their work, and own their future — together. Not married yet, but it's not hard to tell where they're headed — he still has to ask. For now, they're building the business and the future at the same time.
